Tampa is Pixl Envy’s Florida operating base and the home market of Head of Video Production Mac Hoover. The work moves from commercial strategy and production planning into client locations, open water, live environments, remote shoots, and the edit systems that turn captured material into an accountable story.
Pixl Envy does not maintain a public walk-in office in Tampa. Initial conversations happen by video conference. In-person work happens at client offices, production locations, and project sites where the subject and commercial objective actually live.

The person accountable for production stays in the frame.
Mac leads television, documentary, commercial, live-broadcast, marine, aerial, underwater, and expedition production for Pixl Envy. His role connects the treatment, field decisions, capture, edit, finishing, and delivery rather than separating creative intent from production reality.
