Pixl Envy / Studio
Strategic communication and conversion engineering.
A small, senior-led practice built for consequential digital decisions and the systems that carry them.
05 / OPERATING NOTESPosition
We work on the engine, not just the surface.
Pixl Envy is a digital performance architecture firm for organizations whose growth has outgrown disconnected tactics. We diagnose how a business communicates, converts, earns demand, delivers experience, and learns from its systems.
The assignment is rarely “make a page.” It is to remove ambiguity from the commercial journey and engineer the right combination of message, interface, media, measurement, and automation.
Operating model
Senior attention stays close to the work.
Projects begin with evidence and a clearly framed decision. Strategy is not a presentation handed downstream; it remains connected to the design and engineering choices that make the strategy real.
When specialist collaborators are required, they enter a defined system with shared standards, clear ownership, and one accountable direction.
- Direct diagnosis
- Integrated strategy
- Design and engineering
- Measurement discipline
Leadership
Accountable people stay visible in the work.
Jason George leads commercial systems strategy across communication, experience, demand, conversion, and measurement. Mac Hoover has led video production at Pixl Envy for several years, bringing award-recognized television, documentary, commercial, live-broadcast, and field production into the same operating standard.
The point is not a long agency roster. It is knowing who is accountable for the decision, who led the work, and where specialist depth enters the system.
Operating locations
Two operating bases. One accountable standard.
Pixl Envy is headquartered in Farragut, Tennessee, with a Tampa, Florida operation led by Mac Hoover. Both locations work as service-area businesses: conversations begin by video, and in-person work happens at client offices, production locations, and project sites.
The locations create regional accountability without dividing the company into separate brands or disconnected practices.
Standard
Clarity is treated as infrastructure.
We value useful restraint, accessible interaction, honest proof, durable systems, and performance that can be measured. Every element should help a person understand, decide, or act.
The result should feel unmistakably specific to the business—not like a category template wearing a new logo.
