Pixl Envy / Privacy

Clear handling. Proportionate collection.

A plain-language account of what this site collects, why it is used, how long it is kept, and how a visitor can change a choice or make a request.

01

Scope and controller

Privacy belongs inside the experience architecture.

This notice is effective August 11, 2026. Pixl Envy is responsible for the personal information handled through this website. It covers public-site analytics, contact inquiries, embedded media, security controls, and operational records. Client systems governed by separate agreements are outside this notice.

Privacy questions, requests, and complaints should be sent through the protected contact page so the request can be verified and handled without publishing an address on the site.

02

Information collected

We collect what you submit and what the service needs to function.

The contact form records the information you enter, the source page, submission and delivery times, a daily-rotating one-way visitor hash used to prevent abuse, and limited automated spam-screening signals. Flagged inquiries are retained for private review rather than emailed immediately. The public site does not display inquiry details.

With permission, Google Analytics receives limited interaction and device information needed to report aggregate use. Contact-form contents, names, reply addresses, and free-text messages are excluded from analytics events.

  • Inquiry and project context
  • Operational delivery records
  • Daily-rotating security and rate-limit signal
  • Consent choice, policy version, and decision time
  • Consent-based aggregate usage analytics
03

Purpose and lawful basis

Every use needs a defined job and a supportable basis.

We use inquiry information to take steps you request before a possible engagement, respond to communications, maintain necessary business records, and protect the service. Depending on the circumstances, those activities rely on requested pre-contract steps, legitimate interests in operating and securing the business, contractual necessity, or a legal obligation.

Google Analytics relies on consent. It is not required to use the site or contact Pixl Envy. Advertising storage, ad personalization, and Google Signals remain disabled by this implementation.

04

Analytics choices

Analytics stays off until you allow it—and can be stopped again.

The site does not load Google Analytics before an affirmative choice. Necessary-only use leaves the analytics tag off. The footer keeps an Analytics preferences control available so a visitor can change the choice without searching browser storage.

Choosing necessary-only after previously allowing analytics sends a denied consent state, clears queued events, removes applicable first-party Google Analytics identifiers, and reloads the page without the analytics tag. A browser Global Privacy Control signal is treated as a necessary-only choice.

05

Providers and transfers

A small provider set supports delivery, security, and measurement.

Cloudflare provides hosting, security, verification, storage, and notification infrastructure. Google provides analytics only after consent. Selected YouTube videos use the privacy-enhanced player and remain local, inactive poster images until a visitor chooses to play them. Activating a player connects to YouTube, where Google may receive connection and device information under its own terms. These providers may process information in the United States and other places where they operate.

Where international transfer rules apply, Pixl Envy evaluates the provider terms and available transfer safeguards appropriate to the service. We do not sell contact-submission information or use this website to enable cross-context behavioral advertising.

06

Retention

Records stay only while their purpose or a defensible obligation remains.

Inquiry records and related delivery details are retained while a request is active and afterward only for reasonable follow-up, relationship history, dispute prevention, security, accounting, or legal needs. The daily visitor hash changes each calendar day and is not designed to identify a person directly.

Analytics retention follows the configured Google Analytics property settings and is reviewed as the measurement program changes. Consent records are retained so the site can honor the current choice and document which notice governed it. Data may be deleted, anonymized, or aggregated when its operational purpose ends unless a legal requirement requires longer retention.

07

Rights and complaints

Access, correction, deletion, objection, and withdrawal start with one protected request.

Depending on location and applicable law, a visitor may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection, and may withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. Reasonable identity verification may be required before a request is completed.

Visitors in the United Kingdom or European Economic Area may also complain to the data-protection authority where they live or work. California residents may send applicable privacy requests or use a supported Global Privacy Control signal. Pixl Envy will not discriminate against a visitor for exercising an applicable privacy right.

08

Changes

Material changes require a visible record—and sometimes a new choice.

The effective date changes when this notice is materially revised. If an update changes the purpose of consent-based analytics or the information involved, the site will request a fresh choice instead of silently extending an earlier one.
