Pixl Envy / Case 03 / Healthcare / Multi-location medical practice
One practice became three. The digital system had to grow with it.
Reed Medical Group began with one Longboat Key location. Pixl Envy designed and built the current website, then connected search, paid demand, measurement, and real inquiry feedback as the practice grew to three locations.

01
The growth context
Growth changed the shape of the assignment.
Reed Medical Group began with one office on Longboat Key. The practice now operates in Longboat Key, Lakewood Ranch, and Bradenton.
The digital responsibility has expanded with that footprint. The website, organic search presence, and paid demand system must support multiple local markets without fragmenting the practice identity or making the patient journey harder to understand.
- 01
Engagement began
Patient acquisition was the first operating priority.
- 02
Website launched
Pixl Envy designed and built the current digital experience.
- 03
Lakewood Ranch opened
The search and website system expanded into a second local market.
- 04
Bradenton opened
A third location entered an active acquisition sprint.
Physical proof / Longboat Key
The first location remains part of the system’s memory.
A multi-location practice still needs one coherent commercial identity. Each new market has its own local demand, but the experience must continue to feel like one organization with a clear standard of care.

02
The operating system
Three channels. One commercial responsibility.
When the engagement began, the immediate problem was patient acquisition. Messaging and brand awareness were limited, so Pixl Envy paired a concentrated Google Search campaign with an entirely new website and organic video. The system kept evolving after launch.
Website
Design, build, and maintain the digital experience carrying the practice identity, location information, care context, and paths to contact.
Organic search
Connect technical SEO, location pages, articles, backlinks, Google Business Profiles, and local-market content into one discovery system.
Paid demand
Use Google Search campaigns for focused acquisition sprints while call tracking and staff feedback reveal the questions prospective patients actually ask.
Behavior, not vanity
Call quality did more than grade the campaign. Staff conversations exposed uncertainty about concierge care, expectations, and fit. Those questions went back into the website so prospective patients could understand more before they called.

Measured movement / Equal 400-day periods

Paid demand / February 1–August 7, 2026
Buy attention. Measure the delivery honestly.
The active Reed Medical Group Google Ads account ran focused Lakewood Ranch and Bradenton search campaigns. The defensible public evidence is nonfinancial delivery: how often the ads appeared, how many visits they generated, and the rate at which impressions became clicks.
- Paid impressions
- 31,830
- Lakewood Ranch and Bradenton search campaigns
- Paid clicks
- 1,443

- Click-through rate

Advertising spend and cost figures are withheld. Conversion totals, conversion rate, cost per conversion, form events, phone events, appointments, and patient counts are also excluded. Cookie consent, cross-device behavior, call tracking, privacy constraints, and the inability to reconcile platform events to practice records prevent those figures from representing complete patient acquisition.

Client-reported operating context
The work followed a practice that kept reaching capacity.
The operational milestones below were supplied by Reed Medical Group. They provide business context; they do not prove that digital work caused every patient decision or expansion decision.
- Original-location capacity
- 250
- Client reports the Longboat Key practice reached operating capacity within the first year of the engagement.
- Lakewood Ranch patients
- 100
- Client reports the second location reached its first 100 patients within eight months of opening.
The engagement supports Reed Medical Group, led by Dr. James W. Reed III, MD.
07
Evidence boundary
A location count is context. It is not attribution.
Pixl Envy built and managed the digital system during Reed Medical Group’s growth from one operating location to three. The record does not claim that website, SEO, or paid advertising caused every patient decision or business expansion.
The paid-media record is limited to impressions, clicks, and click-through rate. Spend, cost figures, conversion totals, cost per qualified lead, booked appointments, and revenue remain outside the public claim set.
